Return and refund policy - The Nishcalm

At Kritosh, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, which must remain in pristine condition, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been sold or delivered.

Kritosh cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur after delivery. However, if you encounter an issue with a damaged product upon delivery, we are here to assist you.

To address a damaged product concern, please contact us via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at kritoshf@gmail.com. We will promptly initiate an exchange process for the affected product.

Please note that for an exchange to be considered, the damaged product must meet the following criteria:

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as evidence for any damage claim.
  • Claims must be reported within 48 business hours from the time of delivery to be considered valid. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the claim.
  • Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by us.
  • Damages resulting from mishandling by the user will not be covered under this policy.

Once your return request has been accepted, the exchange process will be completed within 7-21 business days. Please be aware that Kritosh reserves all rights regarding replacements, returns, and refunds.

Please note that all products are non-refundable once purchased. However, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Missing parts or accessories.
