DELIVERY PROCESS: When you place an order, we carefully inspect the products to ensure they're in top condition. After passing our quality check, they're packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partner. They'll deliver the package to you as soon as possible. If there are any issues reaching your address or coordinating a suitable time, they'll get in touch with you to resolve it.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number and details of the courier company handling your order. You can track your package status 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

DISPATCH TIME: We typically dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days, except on Sundays and public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME: Orders are expected to reach you within 2-4 business days from the dispatch date, excluding any government impositions or natural calamities.

SHIPPING CHARGES: For most addresses in India, there are standard shipping charges. A flat Rs.40 fee applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, while prepaid orders enjoy free shipping.
